Since 2015, he has focused on international energy trade, specializing in investment and strategic planning. Mr. Miao holds multiple companies and consults for several international energy trading firms. His extensive network and resources in the Middle East energy sector underscore his pivotal role in driving global energy trade initiatives.

With over 30 years of diplomatic experience, Mr. Abdullah has served as the Omani ambassador to France, Mongolia, North Korea, and China. Proficient in Arabic, English, French, and Chinese, he holds degrees in international economics, international relations, and a doctorate. As Chairman of the Council of Arab Ambassadors to China since 2013, Mr. Abdullah leverages his extensive network and resources in the energy sector. He consults on numerous projects in the Sohar Trade Zone and large enterprises, providing personalized trade services and connecting global energy suppliers.
